Code of Conduct

Behaviour

• I will treat my peers, mentors, and teachers with respect.
• I understand that any form of cyberbullying or harassment is unacceptable and will lead to an immediate and permanent ban from the platform without refund.
• I understand that inappropriate language or behaviour during live online classes or in mentor communications will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform without refund.
• I understand that sharing my login details with others will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform without refund.
• I will act in ways that support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
• I will remain courteous and polite when communicating with mentors and teachers.
• I understand that discriminatory behaviour or language will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform without refund.
• I will promptly report any misconduct or inappropriate behaviour in line with the Safeguarding Policy.
• I will take responsibility for my actions and accept the consequences of my behaviour.

Learning Promises

• I will actively participate in classes and ask questions when I need clarification.
• I will use the resources provided on the platform, including workbooks and homework, to support my learning.
• I will collaborate respectfully with peers
• I will maintain a positive and engaged attitude towards learning.
• I will not engage in dishonest practices to improve my results.
• My answers to quizzes, memorisation tasks, or exam practice sessions will be entirely my own work.
• I will not share my answers with others.
• I will not share any Studia course materials, including content or exercises, with anyone else.

Safety

• I will not participate in any activities that could compromise the safety or wellbeing of myself or others.
• I will immediately notify Studia staff at team@studia.io if I encounter suspicious or inappropriate behaviour, following the procedure set out in the Safeguarding Policy.
• I will ensure my internet connection is secure and stable before joining live online classes.
• I will take appropriate precautions to protect myself against the risks associated with online communication.
• I will report any technical problems or concerns immediately to the support team at team@studia.io
• I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of others and will not share sensitive information.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct will result in immediate removal from the platform. Parents or schools (if the service was purchased by a school) will be notified.
